Lomas Trading Company Returns/Refunds:
At Lomas Trading Company we endeavor never to leave a customer dissatisfied. We work hard to seek out superior quality product, suppliers and shipping agents. All orders are scrutinized and sent out in a timely manner. (See shipping for further details & restrictions)
Returns are accepted within 30 Days from the date the order is placed; as long as the products are returned in the same re-sellable condition; deemed by us. If the item(s) is defective, Lomas Trading Company will replace the item and pay for the return shipping. Only the defective item will be replaced. Food products cannot be returned to be re-sold according to law, therefore refunds for food products will not be issued. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact Lomas Trading Company immediately upon receipt or discovery of the defective item. Orders returned for any reason other than defective merchandise; the shipping charges will not be refunded and there will be a restocking fee of up to 20% of the original charge of the order.

Devoluciones son aceptadas dentro de 30 dias después del dia la orden; el producto debe ser devuelto sellado en buena condición. Si el articulo esta defectuoso Lomas Trading Company lo reemplazará y pagará por el envio. Solamente articulos defectuosos serán reemplazados. Productos alimenticios devueltos no pueden ser revendidos de acuerdo con la ley, por eso no habrá reembosos en productos alimenticios. Es responsabilidad del cliente para contactar inmediatamente a Lomas Trading Company al descubrir o recibir un articulo defectuoso. Si una orden es devuelta pro una razón diferente ala de mercancia defectuosa los cargos de envio no serán reembolsados y serán sujetos a un cargo extra del 20% del valor original de la orden.
